Description of SMS Use Cases
Silver Bullet Pest Control LLC sends customer care and service-related SMS messages including appointment confirmations, scheduling and rescheduling notifications, service reminders, technician updates, and customer support responses. No marketing or third-party promotional messaging is sent.
Opt-In
Users opt in by submitting their mobile phone number via our SMS consent form and affirmatively checking the consent checkbox. After submission, users may receive a confirmation message and must reply YES to complete enrollment before receiving future messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency is approximately 1–4 messages per appointment cycle depending on active service activity.

Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt-Out Instructions
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. A final confirmation message may be sent.
